    • Hello, I would like to invite you to participate in the 2010 Downtown Elgin Car and AFV Show. Our theme is: “Go Back to the Future with the Old Car, Green Car Show”. The show brochure is available HERE. Please look through the brochure and consider sponsorship. There are several levels of sponsorship, and it's easy to select a level that's right for you.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU AS A SPONSOR?
    Already, we are seeing interest from last year's sponsors in anticipation of an even bigger and better show this year. As a show sponsor, you have several choices, ranging from a booth, with complete marketing coverage and award sponsorship, to your name on the show banner, fliers, and website. It's very easy to select a sponsoship level that's right for you.

    MARKETING CAMPAIGN:
    We will utilize radio PSAs, email blasts, blogs, web sites, and calendar listings to broadcast information about the show. We will be targeting the local Fox Valley market as well as the Chicago & Rockford areas.

  • Door Prizes - ideas include gift cards, tool sets, hats, t-shirts.
  • Goody bag items - pens, pencils, tire pressure gauges, key chains, small sample packets, and other novelties.
  • Advertisements and fliers - can be inserted into the goody bags if you donate door prizes.
